We think organizations have a decision problem, not a data problem
Most companies can already get the numbers. What they cannot reliably do is turn ambiguity into a choice that someone can explain afterwards — and then learn from it.
What we are building
Phronexia is an organizational decision intelligence and learning system. In use it behaves like an intelligent decision coach: it asks questions, clarifies the problem, structures options and criteria, runs the comparison, and keeps the logic visible.
It does not make the decision. That is not a hedge — a system that decides for you cannot be held accountable, and the people who have to live with the outcome are the ones who should own it. What software can do is stop the reasoning from evaporating.
Over time, decisions accumulate into something more useful than any single one of them: a record of how an organization actually thinks, where it gets stuck, and which assumptions it keeps making. That is the direction we are building in, and we label it as such rather than claiming it today.
